You need experience in project management, other requirements include: 1. Communication with patients (writing, speaking) 2. Initiative (taking action when things appear to be off track) 3. Organizational skills – tracking activities from inception to completion (this could involve setting up interviews, getting patients to contact the sponsor, etc).
